MyTidyRoost is a household-management app operated at mytidyroost.com. When we say "we", "us", or "MyTidyRoost", we mean the team that runs this application.

• Account details — name, email address, and a password (or a third-party sign-in identifier such as Google).
• Household content — calendar events, chores, bills, income entries, lists, contacts, announcements, receipts and other files you upload.
• Invitations — email addresses of people you invite to your household.

• Basic technical information such as browser type, device type, IP address, and timestamps.
• Application logs used to diagnose errors and keep the service reliable.

• To provide the app's core features — accounts, households, sharing, and the data you create.
• To secure the service, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot problems.
• To send transactional messages such as invitations, sign-in confirmations, and important account notices.
• To improve MyTidyRoost based on aggregated, non-identifying usage patterns.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your household content to train third-party advertising models.

Content you add to a household is visible to the members of that household in line with the roles you assign. Removing a member ends their future access; content they previously contributed remains with the household unless you delete it.

We rely on a small number of infrastructure providers to run the app — for hosting, databases, authentication, and email delivery. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.

We keep your account and household data while your account is active. You can delete individual items at any time. If you delete your account, we remove your personal profile and any households you solely own within a reasonable period, subject to backups and legal obligations.

We use industry-standard measures — encrypted connections, access controls, and per-household data isolation — to protect your information. No online service can guarantee absolute security; please use a strong, unique password.

• Access, correct, or delete your account information from the Settings screen.
• Leave a household at any time to end your access to its shared content.
• Contact us for privacy requests you cannot complete in-app.

MyTidyRoost is intended for adults managing a household. Adults may invite minors to participate under their supervision; those adults are responsible for that participation.

When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
