You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to create an account. You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

MyTidyRoost lets you create or join a "household" and share content with its members. When you invite someone, you authorize them to view and, based on their role, modify shared content. You are responsible for the people you invite and the content you share.

• Don't use the Service to violate any law or the rights of others.
• Don't upload content that is unlawful, harmful, harassing, or infringing.
• Don't attempt to disrupt the Service, reverse engineer it, or bypass security controls.
• Don't use the Service to send spam or to store or transmit malware.

You keep ownership of the content you upload. You grant MyTidyRoost a limited license to host, store, back up, transmit, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service and to make it available to members of your household as you direct.

We may add, change, or remove features to improve the Service. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance and unplanned outages can occur.

MyTidyRoost may offer free and paid plans. If you choose a paid plan, the applicable fees, billing cycle, and cancellation terms will be presented at checkout and form part of these Terms.

You may stop using the Service or delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that pose a risk to the Service or its users. On termination, your access ends and, subject to our Privacy Policy, we will remove or retain data as described there.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. MyTidyRoost is a productivity tool, not professional financial, medical, legal, or tax advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyTidyRoost and its providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold MyTidyRoost harmless from claims arising out of your content, your violation of these Terms, or your misuse of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
